Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a European Union regulation that updates and complements the framework for processing personal data in the EU, comes into effect in May 2018.
Like all establishments in the UK, here at Cre8ive we have been working hard and preparing for the GDPR.
Trust is the foundation of our relationship with our customers. Respect for privacy and security was built into our business from the beginning. As we’ve grown, our focus on handling and protecting the data our customers entrust to us has remained a top priority.
The GDPR is consistent with how we think and operate. Our security practices already comply with the Data Protection Act, and have since we were established in 2008.
We have carefully scrutinised the GDPR, and we’ve taken the necessary steps to identify where we needed to comply and where any changes needed to be made.
This document explains how we use data for any person or establishment that users our services. If you use any of our services then please read our Data Processing Terms.
