Cre8ive Dance Academy was formed in 2008 and has been successfully providing a range of dance classes to students from 3 years through to adult. We work closely with our students to see what dance styles they are interested in so we can continuously add to our timetable. Having two studios at our dance school enables us to offer a huge range of different classes. Cre8ive Dance Academy also works closely with Infant, Primary and Secondary Schools in and around Doncaster offering the same professional dance classes to their pupils.

Our Tutors

Becky is qualified to teach with the BATD and the IDTA and has qualifications to Member level in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Stage and Freestyle. She started her teaching practice with a dance school just outside the Doncaster area and moved in and around other dance schools whilst continuing with her studies. Originally from the Armthorpe area she moved back to open Cre8ive Dance Academy in 2008 where she has concentrated all her efforts in providing the best range of dance classes in the area. She was the first to offer Breakdance and Hip Hop classes to the Doncaster area and has had the opportunity to work with some great choreographers and dancers including Nathan Geering, Mambo Collectives, Urban Jokers and the Gingerbread Man.

Siobhan is qualified to teach with the BATD and has qualifications to Associate level in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Freestyle. She has been involved in dance productions for Riverdance and so has great knowledge of Irish Dance. She has been part of the Cre8ive Dance Academy team since 2009 and has been involved in the production and choreography for many of our performances. She works closely with DMBC Schools representing Cre8ive Dance Academy providing dance sessions to Infant, Primary and Secondary Schools. She is also our dance leader providing dance sessions to Schools with children with moderate learning difficulties and associated special educational needs.

Shelley has danced from an early age and has been involved in numerous dance competitions including winning the title of Miss Dance of Great Britain in 2002. She has trained to a high level, which has enabled her to be involved in a lot of theatre and television work throughout her time as a dancer. It has only been recently that she decided to train professionally as a dance teacher and completed her Ballet Associate with Cre8ive Dance Academy in 2010 whilst also completing her teacher training in Zumba. Since then she has continued with her training and gained much experience working for other dance schools in the area as well as being a key member to Cre8ive Dance Academy providing dance sessions to DMBC Infant, Primary and Secondary Schools.
